LISIE college of nursing has organized expert talks in connection with the newly added course of “Spirituality in Nursing” for B.Sc. Nursing students. The first talk among the series was conducted on 13th February 2021 from 6-7 PM was delivered by Rev. Fr. Martin Kallungal, belonging to the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly, faculty of Philosophy and theology in St. Joseph’s Mangalapuzha Seminary, Aluva, addressed the nursing students on “the importance of spirituality in this secular world”. The view of spirituality, which evolves within the individual but extending beyond the individual level, remains highly significant, even now, while nurses take care of individuals and their families.
