Lisie Medical and Educational Institutions is a charitable trust registered under Indian Trust Act 1882. The registration number is 34/IV/2001. The trust was established with a view of providing affordable quality educational services in the field of health care to young people without any discrimination to caste, creed and community. With a 750 bedded multi speciality Lisie Hospital as parent hospital, the exposure students studying in different colleges under Lisie Medical and Educational Intuitions is overwhelming. The trust runs medical, nursing, pharmaceutical and paramedical courses under its three colleges namely Lisie College of Nursing, Lisie School of Nursing, Lisie College of Pharmacy and Lisie College of Allied Health Sciences respectively.

The trust is under the patronage of the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly. All the institutions under the trust is the living expression of the apostolic concern and social responsibility of the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly. All the colleges under the trust are situated close to the Lisie Hospital in the heart of the City of Kochi and is easily linked to Metro rail network, Indian Railway and Road transportation.

At present the colleges under the trust run BSc Nursing, GNM (Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery), B Pharm, D Pharm, BSc MLT (Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology), BCVT (Bachelor of Cardiovascular Technology), DDT (Diploma in Dialysis Technology), and Diploma in Anesthesia and Critical Care Technology (DACCT).
